In the event that the renter fails to repair or fail to repair the vehicle in question or to keep it in good repair condition, the owner has the right to do so, but is not required to do so, to seize or have requisitioned and to have the vehicle repaired and to keep the vehicle in his custody until the renter pays the invoices for the repair of the vehicle in question. By the time you buy a vehicle, you`re probably either going to an independent supplier (one that is controlled by a company and has vehicles of many brands in stock). Make sure you know what you need to include in the car rental agreement! 8. The contract is for the tenant himself and the rights of the tenant are not refundable or defensible by him for the benefit of third parties. When the lessee becomes the owner of the vehicle in question in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the lessee entrusts the lessee with the benefit of an insurance policy which then relates to that vehicle. 13. The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement has been fully explained to them and that they have understood the importance of all the clauses of this Agreement and that they have signed this Agreement with full understanding of the obligations contained therein.
